We present the case of a 28-year-old woman who initially presented aged 11 with a brain tumour in 2002. This was diagnosed as a craniopharyngioma and managed with neurosurgery, a ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt and radiotherapy. The consequence of this treatment gradually rendered her panhypopituitary and caused hypothalamic injury.
